Sometimes we do not have to go and find the Pokemon ourselves. Instead, we can use the Trade function which is also a traditional part of any Pokemon game like Red/Blue/Yellow. Trade means you give your Pokemon to another and they give back the Pokemon they have to you. But if you do not get the Pokemon you want, then what? Okay, use the RBYG Trade Editor and everything will be solved very fast. You can trade anything you want to get a Pokemon and vice versa. Hmmm, is not it a great idea to trade free and no slow?
